Return & Refund Policy
We offer return and replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Product is different from what was ordered
To claim a return or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.
The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging.
Returns are not accepted for used, damaged by customer, or non-defective products.
Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
